Our seafood market is stocked with Fresh, wild-harvested local fish, by local fishermen. We are commercial fishermen ourselves, an we also hold a commercial, wholesale license. We can, and do, source directly from other local fishermen in the area as well. Fresh, local fish arrives daily.
In addition to the freshest possible local fish, we augment our daily selection with specialty seafoods we fly in from around the globe. Halibut and Salmon from Alaska (when in season), Sea Bass from Patagonia, fresh conch from the Turks and Caicos, Collossal Black Tiger Shripm from the South Pacific and Blue Marlin from Hawaii; just to name a few.
Our clams are local – from Terra Ceia Bay — and our oysters are sourced both locally and from New England and the Pacific Northwest. Giant lobster tails, whole dungeness crabs, softshell crabs, crawfish tails, and gator meat round out the selection.
As an adjunct, Chef Mark and company also prepare our fresh fish “Gourmet-to-Go” — chef prepared specialty dinners all ready to finish in your oven at home. Look for Grouper or Snapper Parmesan, Snapper Verz Cruz, Colossal Shrimp stuffed with blue crab and many more. An ideal choice for that evening when you just don’t feel like cooking yourself, or want to impress a guest.
