We pride ourselves on the diversity of our catering offerings. We do not tell our customers what we have; rather, we work one-on-one with each customer to determine their wants, and then exceed their expectations.
We understand that each client’s needs and budgets are unique to them. One catering menu does not fit all. So with one of America’s top chefs and a top pitmaster on premises, there is virtually no food request we cannot meet.
Ideas galore… at no cost. Some recent catering menus have included a full hawaiian luau, a beach wedding on Siesta Key featuring both fresh Florida seafood and traditional southern BBQ, and some very happy guys who received mega New England style lobster pots with all the traditional trimmings.
Our staff can work completely at your location and supply everything your event might require. Or we are able to use our Commisary (one of only 7 in Manatee County) to prepare anything you might need for your pick-up if you so choose.
We are fully capable of handling events up to 500 people or as few as 10. As we say here, we can do it all: From Black Tie to Blue Jeans.
