Ron (Captain Ron)
Noted T.V. personality and long-time charter captain Ron Gauthier is the driving force on all things fishy about Ocean Harvest Grill. Additionally, Ron is the boss of the pit where the Market smokes its fish and BBQ every day. He is the co-creator of the famous Jamaican-style BBQ sauce used every day at Ocean Harvest. Ron has always been, and still is, a fiercely competitive sportsman; participating in – and winning – fishing tournaments. He also commercially spear fishes and fishes for the Market. Captain Ron is a writer for several fishing magazines and can be seen on ABC 7 News with Sunrise Recipes.
His fishing show airs Sundays at 12:30pm on ABC7 starting 7/1/2012.

Mark
Executive Chef, Mark Baker, has cooked for some of the best known and most prestigious restaurants in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. Notably, Mark was the Chef de Cuisine for Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion in Honolulu for eight years and helped open the Roy’s in Tampa for another six years.
